The construction of a 15m high to eaves Warehouse approximately 19 904m2 gross building area in extent, including pilot office of 160m2 and mezzanine of approximately 2 715m2. The building is constructed of reinforced concrete columns on bases and foundations with 2.55m panels, sheet side cladding and sheet metal roof coverings on structural steel trusses. The construction of a 2 076m2 gross building area 3-storey office building adjacent to the Warehouse. The building is mainly constructed of reinforced concrete structural frame and roof slab on base an column foundations with brick in-fill panels and glazed aluminium curtain walling and punch out windows, finished with a combination of plaster, paint and face brick externally and plaster and paint internally. 3. External in-situ concrete hardstands and precast paved roads and parking areas, boundary walling, fencing, 3No. of gate houses with access gates and booms; soil retaining structures and landscaping. 4. Site services comprising stormwater and rainwater disposal system, soil draining, subsoil drainage, domestic water; fire water and electrical reticulation. 5. Ancillary buildings including refuse area, pumproom, LV room, etc.
